Withdrawals

This page explains how you can withdraw your Earnings on Emplifive to your connected bank account.

Things to Note:

  1. Before making a withdrawal request, please ensure that you have already linked your bank account to you Emplifive account. If you have yet to do so, please look at how .

  2. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds available on your Current Balance to make a withdrawal request. You need to have a local currency equivalent of minimum USD 15 or more in order to make a withdrawal request.

  3. Withdrawals are typically made in your localized currency with USD as the base, and exchange rates are subject to change at the time of transfer. For more information, please visit the .

  4. We process your withdrawals according to the local currency of the bank account you have connected. E.g. if you have added a Singaporean bank account to your Emplifive account, we will transfer the withdrawn funds in SGD, converted from USD, and reflected in your Transaction History.

Making a Withdrawal Request:

  1. Click on "Withdraw Balance".

  2. Each Withdrawal Request will allow you to withdraw the full amount of your Current Balance. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests typically take 3 to 5 working days to process. Do note that withdrawals are typically made in your localized currency with USD as the base, and exchange rates are subject to change at the time of transfer.

  3. Click on "Submit Request".

Viewing your Withdrawal Request

  1. You can view your Withdrawal Requests by looking at the "Withdrawal in progress" display or going to "Withdrawal Requests" Tab.

Receiving your Withdrawals

  1. Upon a successful process, your requested amount will be transferred to your bank account linked to Emplifive, and a withdrawal will be reflected on your transaction history.
