After logging into your Emplifive account, there are certain actions that are highly recommended for you to complete in order to maximise your User experience as an Agency.
Completing your Profile
Click on 'Beef up your profile' to be directed to your profile page.
Click on 'Fill up section', a modal will pop up to allow you to fill in more details of your profile.
Enter a brief introduction of your profile, and upload any contents that you think are relevant in helping brands find out more about you.
Once complete, click on 'Save', and you're good to go!
Inviting your team members
Click on 'Create sub-accounts for your team' to be directed to your 'Manage Team Members' page.
Click on 'Create Account' at the top right hand corner of the page.
Fill in the details of the team member you would like to invite to use Emplifive in the same account.
Access Privilege:
Administrator - Users with full administrative privileges who can manage channels, integrations, and members
Manager - Users who can manage Campaigns, Creators, liaison with Brands and User profile settings. Managers are unable to invite team members, but they can invite creators.
Member - This user will be able to manage mainly the Campaign, Creators and liaison with Brands. Members are unable to invite team members, but they can invite creators.
Indicate the level of Access Privilege you'd like them to have.
Click on 'Send Invitation'.
Under "Your Collaborators", you will be able to see that your team member has been invited and is pending their action to sign up on Emplifive platform.
Your team member should receive an email with the subject title: "You're invited by ABC Agency to join EMPLIFIVE"
Click into the email and click the link to enter the Emplifive account as a new member.
