# Agency/Creator Partnerships

There are 2 main types of Partnerships between Creators & Talent Agencies on Emplifive:

1. Affiliate Partnership
2. Exclusive Partnership

These partnerships should have already been established by your Agency(s) and you off the Emplifive platform, and legally bound through an agreement. Yourself and your Agency(s) should focus on reflecting these relationships on Emplifive as per the agreements between both stakeholders.

**Understanding Affiliate & Exclusive Partnerships on Emplifive:**

1. **Affiliate Partnership**

Affiliate Partnerships made between you and Talent Agencies meant that the Agencies have limited rights and control over your Account on Emplifive. You can also reflect more than one Agency partnering and representing you (one-to-many relationship) on Emplifive, if applicable. This means that Affiliate Partnerships are for Non-Exclusive Creators.

The Creator would have the ability to set up and manage their own service rates, whilst Talent Agencies can set up their own service rates to represent the specific Creator.

Agencies can apply to a particular campaign task on behalf of the Affiliate Creator, however they should also ask the Creator for their interest to join the Campaign offline before applying to any campaign tasks.

Brands can reach out directly to the Affiliate Creators should they wish to engage them without the involvement of Affiliate Agencies. Brands can also reach out to the Creator through any Affiliate Agencies listed on the specific Creator's profile, in which they can view the various Affiliate Agency's rates for the particular Creator, and negotiate on a deal with them.

Once Brands have confirmed an engagement with an Affiliate Creator via their Affiliate Agency, all following correspondences will be managed by the Affiliate Agency on behalf of the Creator.

2. **Exclusive Partnership**

Exclusive Partnerships made between Creators and Talent Agencies meant that the Agencies have exclusive rights and control over the specific Creator on Emplifive. In this case, the Creator is tied to only one Talent Agency (one-to-one relationship), and the Talent Agency will represent the Creator when it comes to liaison activities with clients.

Creator's service rates will be set up and managed by the Talent Agency.

Agencies can apply to a particular campaign task on behalf of the Exclusive Creator, however they should also ask the Creator for their interest to join the Campaign offline before applying to any campaign tasks.

Brands can reach out to an Exclusive Creator through the Talent Agency representing the Creator, in which they can view the Agency's rates for the particular Creator, and negotiate on a deal with them.

Once Brands have confirmed an engagement with an Exclusive Creator via their Exclusive Agency, all following correspondences will be managed by the Exclusive Agency on behalf of the Creator.
